Short & Sweet is London’s only weekly short film evening. I stumbled across it this week, thanks to my mate Truce, however it has been running since 2006. Each Monday they show a selection of short films: old films, new films, films from established directors to breaking talent. Live action, animation, music videos, anything under 20minutes.
There's a cafe serving food, and a bar for drinks, the venue has a good vibe. It almost feels like watching films at home, seated on comfy old leather sofas.
For a different, cultural way to spend your Monday evening get yourself down there and grab a seat (for free). It get’s busy quickly so for the best seats in the house arrive early.
